Creation of SARL Gonzales Frères by founder André Gonzales. First building of 200 M2.

Development of the company on a 4000 M2 site in Estrablin 38, first investments in CNC milling and turning machine tools.

Integration of high-tech welding trades through the acquisition of a POMAGALSKI subsidiary. GONZALES CMA – Construction Mécanique d’Allonzier is created.

The 2 subsidiaries are grouped together through the creation of a holding company called ”GROUPE GONZALES”
LRQA certified to Iso 9001 standards at both sites.

Creation of the Group’s Romanian subsidiary in Greenfield. Gonzales Mecanica de Precizie was created with the aim of building up machining and industrial equipment integration capacity in Eastern Europe.

Located in TOUSSIEU (69), with strong expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics and automation, GONZALES SEVMHY is acquired by the Gonzales Group and integrated into the Group.

Creation of EPM5 (42) in Saint Etienne. The Gonzales group now integrates premises with hook heights from 12 to 24 m and lifting capacities of 30 tons.

Takeover of the Group by the second generation. Shareholding remains family-owned. Damien Gonzales becomes Group President.

Takeover of ENERGOM, Romania’s second subsidiary. Romanian capacity is being strengthened by the integration of a panel-building business, an industrial sheet-metal shop, and skills in electrical integration and automation.

Creation of GONZALES VIETNAM with the start-up of production capacity and integration of industrial equipment in 2018.

Creation of GONZALES MECHANICAL SOLUTIONS, 1st subsidiary on the American continent, with initial project management and industrial equipment integration capabilities in 2024.
